HI my name is Stacie Anderson and I am a friend and neighbor of Laura Hall. I was also a very close friend of sarah Hays. I have been following your blog for a couple years. I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer 2 years ago and actually just last week found out I have melanoma (Hopefully stage 1A). I was just wondering if there is a good book you could recommend for Nutrition. I am ready to start eating COMPLETELY clean and I know you have mentioned your feel like that has really helped you. I would love to know what kind of guidelines you follow for eating.
